Сравнительная оценка РНГА и РН при контроле иммуногенности инактивной вакцины против болезни Ауески

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized the development of antigenic erythrocytic diagnosticum and the comparative estimation of indirect hemagglutination test and neutralization reaction for the determination of immunity stress of animals vaccinated against Aujesky's disease. Research results showed that on the basis of KMIEhV-V16 strain of Aujesky's disease virus with application of stabilized by acraldehyde, and tanned cattle erythrocytes there was constructed an erythrocytic diagnostic antigen which made it possible to determine the immunity stress of animals vaccinated against Aujesky's disease. The analalysed diagnostic antigen (diagnosticum) proved to be highly sensitive and showed an ability to preserve its properties for 6 months minimum. There was stated the correlation dependence between antibodies titres which were determined by indirect hemagglutination test and neutralization reaction. The correlation coefficient was 0,8. The indirect hemagglutination test in comparison with neutralization reaction proved to easy applicable and highly-specific, and could be used for estimation of immunogetic activity of vaccine against Aujesky's disease
