The basic principles of reclaimed land application were analyzed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Results of long-term study of agricultural crops yielding capacity in reclaimed areas with complicated soil cover in Belarusian Poozerye area were presented. In course of study there was given soil characteristic of bent soils of the experimental area, apparent moisture content, fertilizer regime of soils, crop production capacity. There were given recommendations on soil conservation with drainage network and principles of crop rotation formation. Research results showed that meadow lands on the reclaimed mineral lands were predominantly allocated at the low hill-scopes with enough water-covered sod-podzolic, sod-loamy and sabulous soils. The most fertile ameliorative soils with stable water regime were applied as farm fields in crop rotation system with adaptive intensive technology of agricultural crops cultivation. On soils of eluvial and accumulative type with plain relief on automorphic and light gel soils on sod-podzolic loamy and sandy soils of the first and the second technological groups there could be successfully cultivated winter and spring cereal crops, grain legumes, horse-hoeing, bast fiber (Limun), rape (Brassica napus), clover (Trifolium), medick (Medicago) and annual legume-grass mixtures
