Сопряженность полиморфизма глиадина с изменчивостью признаков озимой мягкой пшеницы

The article shows correlation between gliadin spectrum and indicators and signs of biotypes of winter soft wheat (Triticum aestivum) of the world collection varieties which was analyzed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The relation between allele variants of gliadin and increased frost resistance - the factor of frost hardiness is noticed. Winter hardy biotypes have this indicator related not only to the number of alleles, but also to their efficient combination. The researchers have examined marker alleles of high quality grain and also shown the list of biotypes, suggested for winter soft wheat selection according to the frost hardiness, productivity and improving grain quality. The evaluation of the allele variants of gliadin, connected with high frost resistance, productivity and ecological plasticity at different biotypes of winter wheat is made.
