The problem of BKA, BKL, BKM, BKS, BKX, BKY potato (Solanum tuberosum) viruses is actual all over the world inter alia in the Republic of Belarus. A special scientific and methodological basis of new anti-virus technologies development is presented, potato virus resistance improvement with the use of photosensitized porphyrins (PHP) and alpha-tocopherol is made. Content of BKS, BKM and BKL viruses in apical potato plantlets in 2, 7 and 14 days after photosensitized porphyrins application is evaluated. Content of BKS, BKM and BKL viruses in apical potato plantlets in 7 and 14 days after alpha-tocopherol acetate application is evaluated. It is shown that photosensitized action with using of some porphyrins and antioxidant alpha-tocopherol at very low (nanomole) concentrations induce appreciable decrease of content of different types of viruses in apex axplants of potato sprouts. The antiviral activity of these factors is seen during 7-14 days after processing of samples and suppression of an infection reaches at 50-70%.
