High bush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) is the new introduced specie of the fruit cultivated in Belarus. For effective domestic and industrial utilization of the blueberry it is necessary to evaluate its vegetative propagation. Regeneration and rhizogenic ability of green cuttings of different blueberry (Vaccinium) cultivars is determined genetically and expressed in different scales. Rooting ability of green cuttings of different blueberry species and average biometric indexes is analyzed. Regeneration ability of the green cuttings of high bush blueberry of the Northland specie prepared from different types of shoots with different leaves number is evaluated. On the basis of the investigation of 24 cultivars of high bush blueberry and 3 cultivars of half-high bush blueberry three groups are classified: easy, middle and hardly rooted. It is established that for the green grafting it is possible to apply shoots of different types; the more intensive foliage of the shoots is the better for its regeneration ability.
