In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus at the Polesye State Radiation Ecological Reserve there were analyzed the extensiveness of infection rate of wild boars, roe deers, red deers, European bison, elks in different biotopes. There were analyzed helminthes of mentioned above and other animals. By means of helmanthological prosection of wild hoofed mammals there were stated 42 species of parasitic worms including 6 species of trematodes, 5 species of cestodes, 30 species of nematodes and 1 species of acantocephala. All in all, there were stated 26 species of helminthes (Fascolia hepatica; Echinococcus granulosus larvae; Taenia hydatigena; Cysticercus taenuicollis). At bison there were marked found 10 helminth species; at elks - 16, at wild boars - 16, at roe deers - 17 and at red deers - 8 species. The most invased biotops for wild boars were polders (76,7%), willows (76,0%), birch forests (73,2%) and pine young growths (70,3%). For roe deers - mixed deciduous woods (84,8%), oak groves (77,7%), alder thickets (73,8%), birch forests (70,4%) and the mixed coniferous-deciduous woods (65,1%). For deers – grassed polders (81,8%) and heathlands (72,2%). A lot of helminth species, which were marked at bisons, elks, deers and roe deers, proved to be parasites with wide range of hosts (including enormous wild and domestic grazing animals). The similarity of helmint species at representatives of Cervidae family (elks, deers and roe deers) and European bisons can play a negative role in helminth distribution at the most valuable animals protected by reserve – bisons.
