In practice for research of forages and food stuffs in field conditions, conditions of industrial and test laboratories the methods allowing quantitatively and quickly to research the big number of samples on mycotoxins' presence are required, whenever possible with the least expenses of forces and financial assets. All these characteristics are answered with methods on the basis of immunologic reactions. Commercially accessible immunologic methods for the mycotoxin analysis are based on application specific monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against the certain toxins, and as a whole share on: a method on the basis of immunoaffinal columns (IAC) and the immunofermental analysis (ELISA). In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed the possibilities of various methods of laboratory research of the mycotoxin content in forages for diagnosis acknowledgement on mycotoxicosis. The comparative cost characteristic tool and express methods is presented. In course of the study there were analyzed mycotoxines standardized in Belarus; data of thin-layer and liquid chromatography; commercially available immunological methods for mycotoxin analysis; principle of immunopurification of mycotoxines; principle of a competitive enzyme immunoassay for myxotoxin determination.
