In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized determination of influence of sod-podzolic loamy sand soil supply with mobile phosphorous on its biological status in accordance with the following parameters: microbial biomass, dehydrogenase, protease, cellulase, invertase and phosphatase activities. The research was realized in course of a long-term stationary experiment on sod-podzolic porous loamy sand soil with heavy sand parting (60-80 cm) on contact with degrade moraine in Uzda district of Minsk region (Belarus). Agrochemical characteristics of soil plow horizon: pH (KCl) 6.0 – 6.2, humus content – 2.64 – 2.71%, CaO – 800 - 850 mg/kg of soil, MgO – 140 -150 mg/kg of soil. In crop rotation there were used the following crops: maize (Zea mays), spring wheat (Triticum), annual grasses for green mass, winter rye (Secale cereale), spring wheat (Triticum aestivum), pea (Pisum sativum), winter triticale. It was found that optimal parameters of soil microbial biomass, dehydrogenase, protease, cellulase, invertase and phosphatase activities as well as high crop productivity were observed under sod-podzolic loamy sand soil supplied by mobile phosphorous in diapason of 250 – 300 mg kg-1 and P10-60 application. Excess of mobile phosphates content in soil resulted in reliable depression of soil biological activity.
