chinois. 采用平板稀释法对14种药用植物土壤真菌数量和种类进行分析,初步明确了药用植物土壤中常见真菌类群和不同药用植物之间真菌种类和数量差异。14种药用植物中土壤真菌数量最高为五味子,数量最低为威灵仙。从14种药用植物土壤中共分离到真菌菌株180株,分属于30个属,大多数为有丝分裂真菌,镰孢菌属(Fusarium),木霉菌(Trichoderma)和青霉菌(Penicillium)出现频率较高,在14种药用植物土壤中均可分离得到。[著者文摘]

The number and kinds of soil fungi using plate colony count.The maximum quantity of fungi was found in S.chinensis soil;and the minimum quantity was found in C.chinensis soil.180 fungi strains were isolated from the soils of 14 kinds of 4-year-old medicinal plants,which belonged to 30 genera.Among them the frequency of Fusarium,Trichoderma and Penicillium were high and could be isolated from all 14 medicinal plants.
