Screening of cucumber rootstocks for autumn cultivation | 秋季黄瓜耐热嫁接砧木材料筛选试验

chinois. 为了筛选适合宁波地区秋季黄瓜嫁接耐热砧木品种,利用甬砧2号、0615、0616、1101和T132 5个南瓜材料与当地主栽黄瓜品种津优1号进行秋季嫁接栽培试验,考察其嫁接亲和性、嫁接苗生长势、对果实品质和产量的影响。结果表明,T132、甬砧2号和1101 综合表现较好,产量增加16.7% 以上,对嫁接黄瓜品质无明显影响,且嫁接后不产生蜡粉,黄瓜外观更佳,适合作为秋季黄瓜嫁接砧木。

Cucumber cultivar Jinyou No. 1 was grafted onto 5 interspecific hybrid squash Yongzhen No. 2,0615,0616,1101 and T132 to screen proper rootstock for cucumber production in the fall. Grafting compatibility,seedling vigor,fruit quality and heat tolerance were used to select proper rootstock. Rootstocks Yongzhen No. 2,1101 and T132 out performed others. Grafted plants produced 16.7% more yield than no-grafted plants and rootstocks had no obvious influence on fruit quality. After grafting the cucumber cultivar Jinyou No. 1 produced fruit with shiny skin and better appearance. Yongzhen No. 2,1101 and T132 are suitable for cucumber production in the autumn in Ningbo.
