chinois. 比较了高温条件下粉荷、火炬、紫荷、金星、金光5个夏菊品种的田间开花特性、叶组织结构及光合特性。结果表明:粉荷、紫荷和火炬的单花序花期、群体花期和最大开放率均高于其他2个品种,而盲花率低于其他2个品种。高温下5个夏菊品种花序的开放能力大小依次为粉荷、火炬、紫荷、金星、金光。粉荷、火炬和紫荷叶片栅栏组织/海绵组织、叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及叶绿素a+b含量都高于金星和金光,且栅栏组织/海绵组织、叶绿素a含量、净光合速率日积分值与高温下花序的开放能力呈正相关。粉荷光合速率日变化为单峰曲线,且净光合速率日积分值最高,紫荷、火炬、金星和金光为双峰曲线。叶绿素a和叶绿素a+b含量与净光合速率日积分值呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.908和0.891。紫荷饱和光照强度最大,金光最小;粉荷光补偿点最低,金光最高。高温下的开花特性、叶解剖结构和光合特性可以作为夏菊耐热性评价的重要指标。[著者文摘]

Blooming traits, anatomic structure and photosynthetic characteristics of five summer chrysanthemum varieties were in- vestigated under high temperature in this study. The results showed that blooming duration of single inflorescence, longer blooming period and the maximum flowering rate of Fenhe, Zihe and Huoju were higher but their blind flower lower than those of the other two varieties, Jinxing and Jinguang. The order of their flowering ability were Fenhe, Huoju, Zihe, Jinxing and Jinguang. Blooming duration of single inflorescence, group blooming period and the maximum flowering rate of Fenhe, Huoju and Zihe were higher than those of the other two varieties Jinxing and Jinguang, but the rate of blind flower were lower. The ratio of palisade tissues against spongy tissues, the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b of Fenhe, Huoju and Zihe were higher than those of Jinxing and Jinguang. And the ratio of palisade tissues against spongy tissues, content of chlorophyll a, diumal integral value of P, were consonant with blooming characteristics. Photosynthetic rate changes of Fenhe showed single-peak curve, while those in Zihe, Huoju, Jinxing and Jinguang showed the double-peak curve. The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a+b had a positive corre- lation with diumal integral value of P,, the correlation coefficients being O. 908 and 0. 891, respectively. Zihe had maximum satu- ration light intensity but Jinguang minimum. Fenhe had minimum compensation light intensity and Jinguang had maximum corre- spondingly. And the blooming traits, leaf anatomic structure and photosynthetic characteristics can be used as heat-tolerance evaluation indexes.
