chinois. 通过模拟铜矿区土壤的酸化,研究了盆栽1 a构树苗木在模拟酸化条件下叶片的生理生态变化.研究表明,土壤酸化胁迫对构树叶片生理影响显著,随着胁迫程度的加剧,质膜相对透性呈逐渐上升趋势;游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和酶活性在轻度酸化(pH为3.5-5.0)胁迫时,呈逐渐上升趋势,但在重度酸化(pH为3.0-3.5)时,呈明显下降趋势.由上可见,构树能适应pH值3.5以上的土壤酸度,具有中度抗土壤酸化能力.[著者文摘]

Physiological and biochemical changes of leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera were studied on one-year pot-planted seedlings by the mimicry acidifying experiments.The results showed that: soil acidification had significant influence on physiological characteristics of leaves,with the increasing of pH value,plasma membrane permeability increased gradually;MDA,proline and enzyme activity increased gradually in mild stress(pH 3.5 to 5.0),but in severe acidification(pH 3.0 to 3.5),the contents of them were dropped sharply.B.papyrifera has the moderately resistant ability to acidifying soil with pH value above 3.5.[著者文摘]
