chinois. 长期的观察发现,不同柑橘品种感染黄龙病后出现的病症也不尽相同,针对这种现象本文检测了浙江柑橘黄龙病病原β-操纵子核糖体蛋白基因并进行了序列比对,BLAST比对结果说明所扩增的基因序列之间差异性为0,与基因库(NCBI)中黄龙病亚洲韧皮杆菌DNA序列相似性为100%,由此说明浙江柑橘黄龙病病原β-操纵子核糖体蛋白基因并未发生变异,出现上述现象可能是其他基因发生变异或者与品种的抗病性有关。[著者文摘]
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. Long-term observations indicated that different symptoms were caused by Liberibacter asiaticus in different citrus cultivars. To explain this phenomenon, PCR detection of β-operon ribosomal protein gene in citrus Huanglongbing pathogen in Zhejiang was carried out and the sequences amplified were aligned. BLAST results indicated that the sequence divergence was zero among the DNA sequences, and sequence similarity was 100% between the DNA sequences amplified and the DNA sequences of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus in GenBank. There were no DNA variations in β-operon ribosomal protein gene in citrus Huanglongbing pathogen in Zhejiang. Different symptoms occurred in these citrus cultivars might be caused by other DNA variations or disease resistance.[著者文摘]
