chinois. [目的]研究中国山羊mtDNA D-loop遗传多态性。[方法]测定了中国7个山羊品种共计107个个体的线粒体DNA D-loop部分序列。[结果]共检测到 112个变异位点,其中转换为200个,颠换为9个;界定了77条单倍型,其中有58条为各品种独享单倍型,另外19条为群体内和群体间的共享单倍型。通过构建的中国山羊系统树可以看出,中国山羊mtDNA D-loop序列单倍型可分为支系A、B、C和D 4个支系。[结论]揭示了中国山羊是多母系起源。
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. The aim was to study the genetic diversity of Chinese goat mtDNA D-loop. [Method] The part of the sequence of mitochondria DNA D-loop in 107 goats belonging to 7 Chinese goat breeds were determined. [Result]112 variable sites were detected, of which conversion for 200 and transversion for 9.77; Haplotypes were defined , of which 58 for all varieties of exclusive haplotypes, the other 19 for the group sharing within and between groups of haplotypes. By constructing phylogenetic tree of Chinese goats, phylogenetic analysis revealed that Chinese goat mtDNA D_loop sequence haplotypes could be divided into 4 branches(A-D). [Conclusion]The results further supported the multi_maternal origin of Chinese domestic goats._
