Efecto de los residuos de ametrina y diuron en el desarrollo del frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) en suelo ferralítico rojo

Con vista a determinar el efecto de los posibles residuos de Ametrina y Diurón se montaron dos experimentos sobre la variedad de frijol Cueto 25-9 en suelo ferralítico rojo con pH en agua de 6.2 y 6.0; así como 2.29 y 3.7 por ciento de materia orgánica respectivamente. El rango de concentraciones investigado fue de 0,25 a 0,45 mg/kg para la metiltiotriazina y de 0,05 hasta 0,4 mg/kg para el derivado de urea. Se utilizaron en los ensayos macetas de 5 kg de capacidad y cuatro réplicas por concentración. La evaluación de los resultados se realizó a los 30 días contados a partir de la emergencia de las plantas y utilizando el método de los mínimos cuadrados obtuvimos una DE 16 de 0,14 mg/kg para la Ametrina y de 0.03 mg/kg para el Diurón.

With the objective of determining the effect of possible residues of Ametrine and Diuron two experiments were carried out on the bean variety Cueto 25-9, in a red ferralitic soil, with a pH of water of 6.2 and 6.0 as well as 2.29 and 3.7 percent of organic matter respectively. The range of the investigated concentrations was from 0,25 to 0.45 mg/kg for the metiltiotriazine and 0.05 from 0.4 mg/kg for the urea derivate. In the experiments, plant pot of 5 kg of capacity and for repetition per concentration was used. The evaluation of the results was made thirty days after sprouting from the plants and using the minimum squares method, obtaining one ED 16 of 0.14 mg/kg for the Ametrine and 0.03 mg/kg for the Diuron.
