Evaluación de diferentes combinaciones de herbicidas en siembra directa de cebolla

Se determinó la efectividad de varios herbicidas y sus combinaciones para el control de dicotiledóneas en siembra directa de cebolla, variedad Yellow Granex Híbrida en un suelo arenoso con un contenido de M. O. de 0,19-0,96 y un pH 5, 6 durante la campaña de 1985-1986. Las aplicaciones de metribuzín a 0,35 kg/ha i.a. tanto en pre como en post emergencia temprana, destruyen casi completamente el cultivo, afectando los rendimientos hasta un 2-3 por ciento con relación al testigo. Los tratamientos con ioxynil, aunque son efectiivos contra malezas, provocan disminución en la población con pérdidas considerables de los rendimientos. Buenos resultados se obtienen con aziprotrina a 1,5 kg/ha i.a. en pre-emergencia, combinándola con otro tratamiento similar y el cultivo en base 4-5 hojas, siendo los rendimientos de un 89,7 por ciento con relación al testigo desyerbado durante todo el ciclo.

anglais. The efectiveness of various herbicides an its combinations for the control of dicotyledoneous in direct planting of onion (Yellow Granex Hibrid variety) was determined. This was done on a sandy soil with an organic matter content of 0,19-0,96 and a pH 5,6 during the 1985-1986 crop. The applications of metribuzin (0,35 kg/ha active ingredient), both in pre and post early emergency destroy the cultivation almost totally, affecting the yields up to a 2-3 percent in relation to the check. Ioxynil treatments, though effective against overgrowth of weeds, provoke diminution in the population with considerable losses of yields. Good results are obtained with aziprotrinae (1,5 kg/ha active ingredient) in pre-emergency by combining it with another similar treament and the cultivation in a phase of 4-5 leaves, being the yieldes of a 89,7 percent with relation to the weeded control during the whole cycle.
