This study aimed to recognize the understand level of the wheat farmers to wheat crisis in Egypt, and this understanding level to an important weather changes which affect the producing of the variant crops, and recognizing on their suggestions to facing the bad effects of weather changes on wheat crop. The study was conducted in one village of Sharkia Governorate as a case study on 150 farmers which cultures the wheat crop for five years. The respondents were selected with random sample, data were collected by questionnaire with personal meeting during the period of November and December, 2009. The study revealed the following results: - 52.7% from wheat farmers their understanding is very high to wheat crisis in Egypt, 68.6% their understanding is low to effects of the weather changes on producing of the wheat crop. - The Important farmers suggestions in facing the weather changes are generating new kinds of wheat are Resistance to the bad weather changes effects The study recommendations were: careful with the weather studies and generating new kind of wheat are high producing and resistance to bad weather, and resistance to plant Decease.
