Landraces germplasm usually contains valuable genetic resources for tolerance to different stresses. In this study 500 accessions no. of Iranian wheat landraces of Cereals Research Department collection for screening to salinity stress, were evaluated under saline conditions in two Agricultural Research Stations (õEsfahan and Yazd) during 2006-07. EC of soil was among 9-12 ds/m and plants were irrigated with saline water (EC ds/m) .Kavir, Roshan, Bam, Sistan and Akbari salinity tolerant cultivars were planted after each 20 genotypes as checks. Some traits such as days to heading, days to physiological maturity, and plant height were recorded .Grain yield and thousands kernel weight of each genotype were measured. Based on non-parametric method of ranking(R and SDR), comparing grain yield of each genotype to checks, favorite morphological characters, due to yield index ratio (YIR%) and field observations and field notes 99 superior genotypes in order to using in breeding programs for salinity stress were selected. Genotypes with accessions No. 2607,3276,2898,3013,2923,2970,3094 and No.3200 with mean grain yield 3,971 3,849 3,794 3,741 3,690 3,677 3,588 and 3,588 t/ha respectively were the best.
