The establishment of a two-queen colony is based on the harmonious existence of two queens in a colony unit. Any system that ensures egg production of two queens in a single colony for about 2 months before the honey flow will boost honey production (Moeller 1956).This research with twenty strong and equilibrated honey bee colonies were started in the spring of 2002 . each of the colonies received a sister queen and were divided to two groups A and B , each one with 10 colonies , the group A was controled and group B has two queen system treatments . In the control treatments from each one 5 colonies was swarmed into two colonies and the other 5 colonies weren't swarmed .Treatment of B was divided to two groups of 5 colonies (in one group handed removal of queen and in the other group removal of queen was conducted by the colony bees). Treatment of B was prepared about (4-6) weeks before of early natural nectar flow for two-queen system . When about 20% of combs were full of honey, colonies were associated each other ,and when about 75% of combs were full of honey and cells sealed , honey were collected .Parameters of honey production and over wintering of colonies were measured . At the end of research, the data analysed , the results indicated that there was a significant difference between the various treatments in variables (Extracted honey- Stored honey-Winter feed intake- amount of brood rearing - Number of honey comb in spring- Woven wax) . There was on significant differences were seen between various treatments about the average of brood rearing . No winter losses were seen in the experimental colonies.
