Fattening performance of Sagheze and Baneh,s local goat kids in two different ages.

In order to study fattening performance of Sagheze and Baneh,s local goat kids, this experiment was carried out with 120 goat kids at two separate periods, in each period 60 male and 60 female goat kids with equal number from two cities and two different ages (3 and 5 months groups) was used. This experiment conducted in comptely randomized design with factorial experiment (2×2×2) during 90 days. Result showed that region affect significantly on total feed intake (p0,5 ). Sex significantly affected feed intakeand growth rate of both groups (p0,5). Fattening age affect siginicantly on dry mater intake and growth rate (p0,5 ).Ultimately the feed conservation of first age group (3 month age kids) was better than other group (older age).
