In order to determine yield stability and genotype × environment interaction effect in terminal drought stress and non-stress conditions, 20 promising hull-less barley lines were evaluated during years of 2006 and 2008. Experiments were conducted using Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications in three moderate stations including Karaj, Esfahan and Birjand. Combined analysis of variance showed significant difference in yield among years, locations, genotype × location intraction and genotype × location × year interaction effects in terminal drought stress conditions and location × year and genotype × location × year interaction effects in non-stress conditions. Mean comparisons of yield among genotypes using Duncan test revealed that genotypes No. 8, 2 and 4 with yield of 4.171, 4.145 and 3.979 t/ha in terminal drought stress conditions and 5.706, 5.007 and 4.891 t/ha in non-stress conditions had the highest yield respectively. Since the genotype × location × year intraction effect was significant, different stability analysis methods were employed to determine the effects of G × E and genotype adaptation in details. In overall, genotypes No. 2(EHBYTMD85-2), 4(EHBYTMD85-4) and 8(EHBYTMD85-8) showed the highest adaptation in the most of different methods of stability analysis that recommended considering to be released.
