A Study on the Development Curriculum of Community College Based on The Strategic Human Resources Development

This study is purposed to suggest the procedure and method how to develop the curriculum linked with elite cultivation strategy in responding to the environmental request in industrial site in the viewpoint of Strategic Human Resources Development(SHRD). It is to suggest the specific idea related with the development of operation of curriculum for the human resources who graduated the community college to grow as a specialized professional. The implications which can be explained from the process of this study in terms of utilization are as listed below. First, the matters of the demander oriented curriculum development were approached in the viewpoint of strategic human resource development and the practical development result was suggested based on the animation department case in "C" community college. Second, the study objective was developed focused on the global integration between the request of the related industry and elite image for the department. Such developed objective was balanced with the performance standard which is requested from industry. Third, the developed curriculum is important as it is, however, the result of the developed curriculum through the precise analysis and review was made to be utilized for the basic reference data for various teaching-learning designs.
