In this study is shown all the importance of the implementation of HACCP system in the production of animal feed, as well as principles, and way of implementation and the most important points in HACCP plan in a commercial plant for the production of animal feed. The aim of this thesis is to present a theoretical model which could be helpful in the implementation of HACCP in factories for the production of animal feed. With HACCP system, factories could achieve greater health safety of animal feed and consequenly animal origin products that are used in the diet.
