Nowadays, the climate changes significantly and in various ways effect the global trends in agriculture and are increasingly becoming the strategic threat to the food safety supply of the world population, especially in undeveloped regions and countries. Meanwhile, agriculture and related activities contribute to the climate changes by increasing the greenhouse effect, changing and degradation of the land areas, endangering the components of eco-systems, etc. Overall, the intensification of these processes has got the negative consequences on the future supply of needed amounts of food. Technological- technical efforts directed toward the increase of the agricultural production also demonstrate unfavourable effects on the world climate condition. Besides mentioned, the increase of usage intensity of nature reserves with its basic aim to satisfy growing needs of the widening world population, has caused the numerous irreversible negative changes of the environment, disorder of biological balance, biodiversity, etc. Complex and dynamic processes among climate changes, eco-systems, agriculture and world food safety, are influenced by many factors. Before all, agriculture and global nutritional system are influenced by many social-economic factors, climate characteristics, economic cycles, market performances, political challenges, etc.
