Isolation, identification and antifungal activity of a Gamair complex formed by Bacillus subtilis M-22 a producer of a biopreparation for plant protection from mycoses and bacterioses | Выделение, идентификация и антигрибная активность метаболитов комплекса гамаир, образуемого штаммом Bacillus subtilis M-22 - продуцентом биопрепарата для защиты растений от микозов и бактериозов

anglais. Some variants of a metabolic complex Gamair have been isolated from the strain M-22 of Bacillus subtillis. The complex is active against some phytopathogenic bacteria (Pseudomonas corrugata, Erwinia carotovora, Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis) and fungi (Fusarium, Verticillium, Ascochyta). It is shown that the complex of active compounds is a mixture of Gamair A (an organic compound close to bacillin) and Gamair B-D (hexaene-like antibiotic of the mediocin type). At model laboratory and vegetative experiments the biopreparation has shown a bactericidal effect against tomato bacterial wilt (Clavibacter michiganensis) and mild rot (Erwinia carotovora ssp. carotovora). Seedling bacteriosis development is 1.5-7.5% (control meaning is 85.5-95.0%) under artificial infection. Filed experiments have been done in the Republic Tatarstan,Volgograd and Leningrad Regions. In this case biological activity of Gamair against bacterial wilt, stem core necrosis and mild rot reaches 40.5-70.6% and agronomic efficiency reaches 15-45%. The harvest tomato increase is 25-35%.

Из штамма Bacillus subtilis M-22 выделено несколько вариантов метаболитного комплекса гамаир, проявляющего активность в отношении ряда фитопатогенных бактерий (Pseudomonas corrugata, Erwinia carotovora, Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis и др.) и грибов (Fusarium, Verticillium, Ascochyta и др.). Методами ЯМР- и ИК-спектроскопии показано, что комплекс активных в-в представляет собой смесь гамаира А (органического соединения, близкого по строению к бациллину) и гамаира B-D (гексаеновых антибиотиков типа медиоцидина). В модельных лабораторных и вегетационных опытах выделенный биопрепарат проявил бактерицидный эффект в отношении возбудителей бактериального рака томата Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis и мягкой гнили Erwinia carotovora ssp. carotovora. Развитие бактериоза проростков на искусственном инфекционном фоне в условиях применения препарата составило 1,5-7,5% против 85,5-95,0% в контроле. Полевые опыты проводились в Татарстане, Волгоградской и Ленинградской областях. В этих опытах биологическая активность препарата гамаир в отношении бактериального увядания, некроза сердцевины стебля и мягкой гнили достигала 40,5-70,6%, хозяйственная – 15-45%. Полученная прибавка урожая томатов составила 25-35%
