anglais. This research has been conducted at 24 milk-cow establishments selected in Kocasinan, Melikgazi and Talas districts ot Kayseri city. The general properties of dairy estabilistment were determined by interwieve of milk company owners in research. The technical structures of the dairy buildings were defined to use of barn plan and sketch where made in dairy estubilishment settlement area. The barns have been photographed from various directions. Suggestions have been made by using results of this study, meteorological records, and the related previous studies.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]turc. Araştırma, Kayseri il merkezinde belirlenen 24 adet süt sığırı işletmesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmada; süt sığırı işletme sahibinin işletme yöntemi ve teknik gelişmeleri takip etme performanslarını belirlemek amacıyla çiftçilerle mülakat yapılmıştır. Barınakların teknik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapı planları ve krokileri çıkarılmıştır. Barınakların çeşitli yönlerden resimleri çekilmiştir. Bu çalışmalar sonucunda elde edilen verilerin değerlendirme sonuçlarından, meteorolojik kayıtlardan ve literatürden yararlanılarak araştırma alanı için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
