anglais. Soil properties changes with land management. This study was conducted on cultivated land, forest and orchard on the same topographic position at Tokat Rural Research Institute. The aim of research was to determine the effects of different land management on soil physical and chemical properties. Soil samples were taken randomly from 0-30 and 30-60 cm depths of each land management. Total ten samples were collected from each land management.

Bu çalışmada Tokat Köy Hizmetleri Araştırma Enstitüsü bünyesinde aynı topografik pozisyonda işlenen arazi (tarla), orman ve meyve bahçesi topraklarının farklı arazi kullanımından kaynaklanan fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklerindeki değişimler belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçla her kullanım grubuna ait alanlardan 0-30 ile 30-60 cm derinliklerden olmak üzere, tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemine göre 10'ar adet toprak örneği alınmıştır. Alınan toprak örneklerinde fiziksel (tarla kapasitesi ve solma noktası nem içeriği, toprak tekstürü, hidrolik iletkenlik, hacim ağırlığı) ve kimyasal (organik madde, kireç içeriği, pH, EC, katyon değişim kapasitesi, azot, fosfor, değişebilir sodyum, potasyum, kalsiyum, magnezyum) toprak özellikleri incelenmiştir.
