This study was conducted during 2007-2008 in greenhouse conditions according to randomized block parcel design with four replicates and six characters in the organic agriculture greenhouses of Horticulture Department, Agricultural Faculty, Ege University. The main material of experiment consisted of the individuals of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.) at different age found in the soils from the organic agriculture greenhouses, tomato plants of Gökçe cv grafted on Beaufort or nongrafted, the leaves and fruits of Ricinus communis L. (Euphorbiaceae) (castor oil plant), whole plants of Brassica olerace var. italica L. (Cruciferae) (broccoli) and Tagetes erecta L. (Asteraceae) (American marigold) plants.

Bu çalıma, 2007_2008 yıllarında Ege Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümüne ait organik tarım serasında sera denemesi eklinde 6 karakter ve 4 tekerrürlü olarak tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre yürütülmütür. Çalımanın ana materyalini organik tarım serası topraklarında bulunan deiik dönemdeki kök-ur nematodu bireyleri ile Beaufort anacı üzerine aılı veya aısız Gökçe domates çeidine ait bitkiler Ricinus communis L. (Euphorbiaceae) (hint yaı) bitkisinin yaprakları ve meyveleri, Brassica olerace var. italica L. (Curciferae) (brokoli) bitkisinin kök ve toprak üstü kısımları ve Tagetes erecta L. (Asteraceae) (kadife çiçei) bitkileri oluturmutur.
