anglais. This master of science thesis study was carried out in Umurbey _ Çanakkale in the 4th nursery of Çanakkale Fruit Propagation Station. The research was carried out in 2003 and the cultivars Uslu and Yalova İncisi was grafted on the rootstocks 41 B, 140 Ru, 1103 P and 5 BB with omega grafting method. Callus development level (0-4), grafting room output (%), nursery output (%), first class sapling output (%), general sapling output (%), main shoot length (cm), green shoot length (cm), number of green node, the number of lateral shoot, the number of nodes on the lateral shoots shooting thickness (mm), rootstock thickness (mm), thickness of grafting point (mm), number of main roots, average root length (cm), number of secondary roots, root scale (0-4), diameter (mm), peel + floem thickness (mm), pith thickness (mm), pith/diameter rates were investigated.

Çalışma 2003 yılında yürütülmüş olup, 41 B, 140 Ru, 1103 P ve 5 BB Amerikan asma anaçlarının üzerine Uslu ve Yalova İncisi üzüm çeşitleri omega aşısı ile aşılanmıştır.
