Identify via SSR markers changes in d-genome of appropriate bread wheats (Triticum aestivum L.) to Mediterranean region | Akdeniz bölgesine uygun ekmeklik buğdaylarda (Triticum aestivum L.) d-genomundaki değişimlerin SSR markörleri yoluyla belirlenmesi

anglais. Wheat is one of the most widespread and cultivated crop plants. The objective of this study was to determine genetic diversity of D-genome of bread wheat adapted to Mediterranean Region of Turkey. The plant population was comprised of 32 alternative or spring wheat cultivars, one winter wheat, one durum wheat and Aegilops tauschii D-genome donor of bread wheat. The population was screened with 14 group D specific SSR markers, representing 7 chromosomes. All the primers produced bands at least on one sample and therefore all the primers were polymorphic. Fourteen primers produced Forty-two loci and a total of 573 bands were obsreved with average of 40.93 per locus. Most bands were produced by WMC48 while the least was by BARC98.

turc. Buğday dünyada en yaygın ve kültüre alınan en önemli bitkilerden biridir. Akdeniz Bölgesine uygun ekmeklik buğdayların D-genomundaki değişimlerin SSR markörleri yoluyla belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada bitki materyali olarak biri mutlak kışlık olmak üzere 33 adet ekmeklik buğday, bir adet makarnalık buğday ile D-genomu donörü olan Ae. tauschii kullanılmıştır. Buğdayın D-genomuna özel 7 adet kromozomu temsilen 14 adet SSR markörünün kullanıldığı populasyonda SSR'ların tümü en az bir bireyde PCR ürünü üretmiş ve polimorfik bulunmuştur. Bunlardan 42 lokus ve her lokusta 40,93'lük ortalamayla toplam 573 adet bant elde edilmiştir. En fazla bant üreten primer WMC48 (137 adet) olurken, en az bant üreten primer BARC98 (7 adet) olmuştur.
