anglais. This research was carried out in the main crop seasons of 2004-2005 years, on the experimental condition of Cukurova in the split plots experimental design, with three replication. In the research, Pioneer 31G98 corn cultivar were grown to determine the effects of five different nitrogen rates (0, 9, 18, 27 and 36 kg N/da) and five plant spaces (70x10, 70x14, 70x18, 70x22 and 70x26 cm) on the yield, yield components and nitrogen uptake and use efficiency.

Bu araştırma, Çukurova koşullarında 2004 ve 2005 yıllarında, farklı sıra üzeri mesafeler ile azot dozlarında yetiştirilen ana ürün mısırda, verim ve verim unsurları ile azot alım ve kullanım etkinliğinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma, Pioneer 31G98 hibrid mısır çeşidinde, beş farklı sıra üzeri mesafesi (70x10, 70x14, 70x18, 70x22 ve 70x26) ve beş farklı azot dozu (0, 9, 18, 27 ve 36 kg N/da) kullanılarak, bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür.
