This work analyzes shepherd production related problems in Livno with economy of shepherd production as basic field of research, analyzed by its all elements and results. Research is carried out on family farmings. The economy of shepherd production has been analyzed on four selected large family farmings. Cost structure and production value analises have been conducted. This work defines net earnings as well as production efficiency index of each selected family farming.
