Physical activity has a direct influence on lactate concentration in blood. The present survey covered 42 horses, divided by their sporting purpose into three groups. Each of them was subjected to a different intensity and duration of load.The determination of lactates was done twice, before and after the physical exercises. Various changes of lactate concentration were determined
