The AIM of this study was to determine the influence of different levels of Mannan Oligosaccharide prebiotic on the main biochemical and immunological parameters of growing up carps (Cyprinus carpio L.) fingerlings. Reliable differences between the values of blood serum biochemical parameters (blood glucose, total protein and albumin) of the experimental and control fish groups have not been established. The reported levels are within the recommended standards for the autumn growth levels of common carp fingerlings. However, a considerably higher level of lysozyme activity was reported in experimental groups received feed containing mannan oligosaccharide (7.41 – 10.19%) compared with control group (1.18 – 1.77%).
