In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were developed new efficient method of quality improvement of sperm production and increasing of impregnation capacity in swine breeding branch. Research results showed that the positive immunological combinability of parental pairs promoted the increasing of impregnation capacity of sows on 4% (p less than 0.01) and increasing of piglet crop on 0.2 heads (p less than 0.05), while in case of the negative combinability there was marked the lowering of mentioned above indexes on 5% (p less than 0.01) on 0.3 head respectively. Application of the developed scheme of synchronization and stimulation of estrus of sows promoted the increasing of high fertility results (up to 100% for the synchronized animals), multiple fetation (11,5 heads), litter weight at birth (13,6 kg), piglet viability (91,3%). The development of new biotechnological methods in reproduction of pigs made it possible to improve the quality of sperm production and increase the fertility rate of sows that ensured the increase of the main reproductive performance of animals.
