Накопление фенольных соединений в плодах сортов кизила настоящего (Cornus mas.) украинской селекции при интродукции в условиях Беларуси

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of a comparative study in a two-year cycle of observation of the content of solids, free organic, ascorbic, benzoic and phenol carboxylic acids as well as triterpene acids and fatty oils in fruits of the natural wild form of European Cornel (Cornus mas L.) and its 5 varieties of Ukrainian selection (Vladimirsky, Vydubetsky, Eugenia, Lukianovsky, Radost) introduced in conditions of Belarus. There were determined distinct intraspecific differences in parameters of their accumulation, which to a great extent depended on weather conditions during the plants vegetation period and which were proved by the following variation range in a taxonomic tree of averaged in 2-year cycle observations of bioflavanoid content – 3243,5-4519,3 mg%, including peculiarly anthocyanines – 441,4-1174,4 mg%, leucoanthocyanines – 872,6-1536,2 mg%, catechines – 256,1-347,1 mg%, flavonols – 1401,6-1743,1 mg%, tanning substances – 3,24-4,15%. There were singled out European Cornel taxons with the highest ability to biosynthesis of the given compounds in their fruits. Lukianovsky variety took the leading position in accumulation of the most valuable of the compounds - phenol carboxylic, ascorbic and triterpene acids. Research results showed that the conditions of the lowered temperature promoted the activation of accumulation in plant fruits of anthocyanin pigments, including anthocyanin and leucoanthocyanin themselves, as well as tanning substances, but at the same time they inhibited the accumulation of catechines and flavonols.
