Analytical modeling of lactation curve is wide used in scientific researches of the factors, influencing milk productivity of the cows. Wood's model appears the most convenient because of its simplicity and accuracy. Calculation of the analytical model of lactation curve of a single cow and statistical control of conformity of the models is made. Control model of the lactation curve, consisting of real milk yield and average milk yields, is presented. Checkable models of the lactation curves are shown. Indexes of the accuracy of the researches are calculated. The following conclusions are made: the method suggested as a result the research can be used during computer administration of the herd; it seems appropriate to made a calculation experiment for approbation of the method during 90-100 days from the beginning of lactation; accuracy of the experiment seems to be evaluated upon 5-10 cows from the herd.
