In modern conditions of functioning of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus one of the most important roles is played by a problem of activization of investments of economically expedient agroindustrial production. In course of the study there was substantiated the timely character and presented the conceptual approach to adaptation of the mechanism of partial budgetary compensation of investment expenses. In particular, there were given reasons for the object, size and base for calculation of compensatory payments in Belarusian practice of state support to strategically expedient investment projects. The essence of the subsidiarity principle with reference to the realized research was revealed. On the basis of the realized study it was showed that according to realization of the mechanism of partial compensation of investment expenses, taking into consideration the proposed conceptual approach of its adaptation to national conditions, there was stated the increasing attention value of investment projects included into classification list of state support by means of the centralized investment resources. The practical realization of the proposed projects stipulates the increasing of economically feasible production volumes.
