In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed physiological and biochemical characteristic of underyearlings and marketable fish when using non-traditional forms of organic fertilizers. Chemical content of fish underyearlings and marketable fish in ponds was studied because of the application of the following wastes and side-products of food industry as organic fertilizers: distillery stillage, brewer's grains, brewing yeast residues and technical albumin. Biochemical indexes if blood serum of fingerlings were changed in comparison with non-tradition fertilizers application. There were changes in chemical content of muscles of three-year-old carps (Cyprinus carpio) and grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) at using of non-traditional fertilizers. Research results showed that application of non-traditional fertilizers did not render negative influence on biochemical composition of planting stock and marketable fish. All biochemical indexes in underyearlings and muscles of marketable fish (fat, protein, dry matter, wet, ashes) and in blood serum of underyearlings (total protein, glucose, cholesterine, bacteriostatic activity of blood serum) were within standard limits. Application of non-traditional organic fertilizers with mineral fertilizers increased fat in muscles of three-year old carps and grass carp in comparison with control ponds on 31% and 71%, respectively.
