chinois. 研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和激素水平的影响,为银杏叶的开发应用提供依据。将160头25日龄的“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪按公母各半、体质量接近的原则,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头,分别饲喂添加质量分数0%,0.1%,0.2%和0.3%EGB的基础日粮,试验期为28 d,测定断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和激素水平。日粮中添加质量分数0.2%和0.3%EGB可显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增质量(P<0.05),降低料质量比(P<0.05);显著降低断奶仔猪血清尿素氮和血糖浓度(P<0.05),提高血清碱性磷酸酶活性和血清生长激素、三碘甲腺原氨酸水平(P<0.05)。日粮中添加质量分数0.2%和0.3% EGB,可改善断奶仔猪血清生化指标,提高生长相关激素水平,促进仔猪生长。

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGB) on growth performance, serum biochemical parameters and hormones level in weaned piglets. 160 crossbred piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkshire) weaned at aged of 25 days were randomly divided into 4 groups, each with 4 replicates of 10 piglets per replicate, and fed basal diet supplemented with 0%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% EGB for 28 days. Growth performance, serum biochemical parameters and hormones level were determined. Adding 0.2% or 0.3% EGB to diets of weaned piglets significantly increased average daily gain (P<0.05) and decreased feed to gain ratio (P<0.05). In weaned piglets fed diets supplemented with 0.2% or 0.3% EGB, serum urea nitrogen and glucose level were reduced (P<0.05), whereas serum alkaline phosphatase activity, the level of growth hormone and triiodothyronine were elevated (P<0.05). Adding 0.2% or 0.3% EGB to diets of weaned piglets could improve serum biochemical parameters and growth-related hormone level, and therefore could improve growth performance.
