chinois.

In natural fields, the effects of glyphosate tolerant soybean on Shannon-Winner diversity index, Simpson index, evenness and number of species were analyzed using direct observation method. The results showed that the Shannon-Winner diversity index, evenness and number of species of arthropods in glyphosate tolerant soybean fields and its receptor were significantly lower than those of the local conventional variety during the growing period. The Simpson index of arthropods in glyphosate tolerant soybean fields was significantly higher than that of the local conventional variety. There was no significant difference between glyphosate tolerant soybean and receptor. It was concluded that glyphosate tolerant soybean had no significant effects on arthropod communities in soybean fields.
