chinois. 摘 要:以旱玉5号和太单32为材料,在20%PEG模拟干旱条件下,研究外源甜菜碱对玉米幼苗抗旱性的诱导效应。结果表明,水分胁迫显著降低了玉米幼苗的生物量和叶片相对含水量,提高了幼苗的根冠比和渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性、ABA含量。喷施0.5mmo]/L的甜菜碱溶液能缓解玉米幼苗的水分胁迫,提高幼苗的生物量、叶片相对含水量、根冠比及渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性、ABA含量。

An experiment was conducted to invest the effects induced by external betaine to the drought resistance of maize seedlings grown under conditions simulated water stress with 20% PEG. The results showed that the drought decreased significantly the seedling biomass and relative water content of leaves, and increased the ration of root to shoot, contents of osmotic adjustment matters, and levels of antioxidant enzymes and ABA. Applying betaine solution of 0.5 mmol/L could reduce the drought stress of maize seedlings, and increase the seedling biomass, relative water content of leaves, root/shoot ratio, and contents of osmotic adjustment matter, antioxidant enzymes and ABA.
