Effect of ultra-dry treatment on the seed vitality of_Pseudolarix kaempferi (Lindl.) Gord _____ | 超干处理对金钱松种子活力的影响____

chinois. [目的]研究经超干处理后金钱松种子的发芽率、活力指数以及电导率的变化。[方法]采用室温硅胶干燥法,测定种子的脱水速率,研究超干处理对种子发芽率和活力指数、电导率的影响。[结果]将金钱松种子含水量由16.0%降至3.3%大约需要60 d。人工老化过程中,含水量4.2%~6.4%的金钱松种子耐藏性最好,而且随着贮藏温度的降低,最佳含水量有升高的趋势。含水量4.2%~6.4%的金钱松种子在25 ℃恒温保存3个月后的发芽率仍然低于60%。含水量3.3%的种子已经过度干燥。[结论]金钱松种子的在室温条件下的超干贮藏并不能取得较好的贮藏效果。_

[Objective]The research aimed to study the changes of germination rate, vigor index and electrical conductivity of the seeds of P. kaempferi after the ultra-dry treatment.[Method]Using silicone drying method at room temperature, the dehydration rate of the seeds was determined. The effects of ultra-dry treatment on the germination rate, vigor index and electrical conductivity of the seeds were studied.[Result]The decrease of moisture content in the seeds of P. kaempferi took 60 days from 16.0% to 3.3%.During the process of artificial aging, the seeds of P. kaempferi with the moisture content of 4.2%-6.4% showed the best storability. With the decreasing of the storage temperature, the optimum moisture content showed an increasing trend. The germination rate of the seeds of P. kaempferi with the moisture content of 4.2%-6.4% was still lower than 60% after they were stored three months at constant temperature (25 ℃) .The seeds with the moisture content of 3.3% was overdrying.[Conclusion]The storage effects of P. kaempferi seeds in the ultra-dry storage at room temperature was not good._
