[目的]阐明添加青蒿复合中药制剂对地方品种鲁茌喜鸡免疫性能和血液指标的影响。[方法]将100只10日龄的鲁茌喜鸡随机分为试验组和对照组,在试验组中添加青蒿复合中药制剂10 g,分别于14、24、34和50 d测定屠宰体重、免疫器官的比重以及血清中新城疫抗体指数,分析血液常规生化指标的变化并测定34 d和50 d鲁茌喜鸡的肉质性能。[结果]青蒿中药复合制剂可以提高鲁茌喜鸡的生长速度,有效提高鲁茌喜鸡的抗病性。试验组鲁茌喜鸡的红细胞花环率显著提高。青蒿中药复合制剂对脾脏具有促进作用,对胸腺、法氏囊起先抑制后促进的作用。试验组血液中常规生化指标红细胞数和血红蛋白数等均有显著提高。[结论]青蒿中草药复合制剂对地方品种鲁茌喜鸡的免疫性能和生长均有促进作用。_

[Objective] The research aimed to the effects of adding Chinese herb compound medicine of sweet wormwood on the immunity performance and blood indices of local variety Luchixi Chicken. [Method] 100 10-day-old Luchixi Chicken were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 10 g Chinese herb compound medicine of sweet wormwood was added in the experimental group. The slaughter weight,the proportion of immune organs,newcastle disease antibody index in the serum on the 14th,24th,34th and 50th day were measured. The changes of conventional blood biochemical indices were analyzed and the meat performance of Luchixi Chicken on the 34th and 50th day was determined. [Result] Chinese herb compound medicine of sweet wormwood could increase the growth speed of Luchixi Chicken and enhance the disease resistance of Luchixi Chicken effectively. The erythrocyte rosette rate in the experimental group was significantly increased. Chinese herb compound medicine of sweet wormwood had a promoting effect on the spleen and showed the effects of first inhibition and promotion on thymus and bursa of Fabricius. The conventional blood chemical indices (red cell number, hemoglobin number, etc.) in the experimental group were significantly enhanced. [Conclusion] Chinese herb compound medicine of sweet wormwood can promote the immune performance and growth of local variety Luchixi Chicken. _
