[目的]探讨采用好氧SBR工艺处理高浓度粪便污水的可行性。[方法]采用自行设计的SBR反应器,接种污泥进行活性污泥的驯化,通过调整出水回流、添加氨氮吹脱技术,处理化粪池中高浓度粪便污水。[结果] SBR反应器运行稳定,对COD、总氮、氨氮具有较好的处理效果。在原水氨吹脱50%,且出水100%回流的条件下,出水COD浓度有80%可达150 mg/L以下,总氮的去除率可达到60%~70%,氨氮的去除率可以达到90%以上,出水浓度可稳定达到25 mg/L以下,出水SS含量低于200 mg/L。[结论] 整个SBR运行过程中,活性污泥的性状保持良好,活性污泥指数保持在100左右,沉降性能良好,出水中的悬浮物含量都低于200 mg/L,达到预期目标。MLSS/MLVSS值保持在0.65~0.70,污泥的活性比较理想。
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. [Objective] The study aimed to discuss the feasibility of the aerobic SBR process for the fecalsewage with high concn. [Method] The self-designed SBR reactor was used to inoculate the sludge for the activated sludge domestication. Through adjusting the backflow of the effluent, adding the ammonia nitrogen stripping technology, the fecalsewage in the septic tank with high concn. was treated. [Result] The SBR reactor was stable in the operation and had good treatment effect on COD, total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen. Under the conditions of the ammonia stripping 50% in the raw water and the effluent 100% reflux, the effluent COD concn. of 80% could be less than 150 mg / L, total nitrogen removal rate could reach 60%-70%, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate could reach more than 90%, the effluent concn. could be stable to achieve 25 mg/L and the effluent SS content was lower than 200 mg/L. [Conclusion] In the whole SBR running processes, the active sludge could maintain good traits, the active sludge index was in 100 or so, its settlement performance kept good, the suspended content in the effluent was all less than 200 mg/L, meeting the expected goal. MLSS/MLVSS values kept between 0.65 and 0.70 and the activity of sludge was ideal. _
