Objectives and problems of small enterprises projects of female graduates in some villages of ayser banger el-soker area in Matrouh Governorate

. Data were collected through personal interview guided by a questionnaire. The total sample reached to (105) of the female graduates who had small enterprises in some villages of Ayser Banger El-Soker area. The sample represents about (50%) of the whole female graduates. Frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Spearman rank correlation coefficient were used to analyze the research data The results showed that the respondents receive the biggest moral support from their husbands and relatives. The results also indicated that the most important reasons of conducting small enterprises activities were: increasing income (97.1%), have a suitable place for the project (79.1%), and had previous experience about the project (60.0%). More than half of the respondents financed their projects from their own money. Based on Spearman's rank correlation coefficient value, there was significant correlation between ranks of the small enterprises objectives in the present situation and their ranks in the desired situation, this means that the respondents were aware of the relative importance of the small enterprises objectives and they devoted efforts to accomplish them. This research identified different problems facing the female graduates before and during conducting their small enterprises such as absence of youth awareness related to conduct small enterprises projects, and unability of paying advance value in suitable times. This research also identified different problems facing the female graduates during marketing their small enterprises products such as exploitation of some merchants.
