Two hundred forty fishes, averaged about 1.869±0.128 g, were randomly divided into eight groups, each group was stocked into 3 aquaria and each one contains 10 fish. The fishes of the first four groups were fed diet at the level 3% of live body weight; other four groups were fed at the level.5% of live body weight. Within each dietary level, fishes group fed diet without any supplementation, the 2 group fed diet supplemented with 50 mg vitamin C, or 25 mg vitamin E and 50 mg vitamin C plus 25 mg vitamin E/kg diet respectively. The fishes were fed (at the rate of body weight per day) three times at 8.00, 12.00 and 17.00 hours. The fishes in each aquarium were weighed every 2 weeks, and the feed weight was adjusted after each weighing. Final live body weight and daily weight gain of fishes significantly (P0.001) increased by 61.85 and 72.28% in fishes fed 5 % feeding level compared with those fed at the rate of 3% of body weight per day. Feed conversion impaired with increasing feeding rate by 49.33% when compared with group fed the low feeding rate. Serum total protein, albumin, urea-N, creatinine and AST concentrations increased by 12.43, 16.53, 5.44, 10.87 and 32.17% when fishes were fed on the high feeding rate comparing with those fed on the low feeding rate, while ALT concentration decreased by .8.41%. Fishes fed 5% feeding rate recorded lower final margin by 55.51 % than those fed diet at 3%. Final live body weight increased by 11.18, 26.24 and 26.01% in fishes fed diets supplemented with vitamin C, E and C + E mixture, respectively, Final margin was increased by 46.93, 82.17 and 106.67%, respectively. The best final margin was obtained in group fed diet supplemented with vitamin C + E.
