This study was conducted to evaluated the callus induction and plant regeneration from anther in five rice genotypes as well as F1( Six hybrid) rice plants In Amol- Mazandaran. In this study callus induction medium N6 modified (Fj1, Fj4, G1 and L8) and induction medium murashing and skoogs modified (M5, M7 and SK11) were used. The results indicated that FJ4 was the best for callus induction and Nemat cultivar and (29.54%) combination of Nemat / Domsiah (21.51%) had the maximum induction. and also regeneration in SK11 regeneration medium was better than the other medium. Finally, Nemat variety and two combination including IR56/Domsiah and Nemat/ Domsiah showed the high regeneration in this study.
