Effect of Dietary Energy levels decreased and UIP (Undegradable Intake Protein) Increased in Rumen on Carcass Fats Metabolim in Male Lori-Bachtiari Fatting Lambs.

The main objective of this experiment was decreasing the carcass fat and increasing the lean meat in fattens sheep. In this experiment, to determine the influence of undegradable intake protein (UIP) on carcass metabolizable fat and increasing the percentage of lean meat, for two levels of metabolizable energy (2,2 and 2,4 Mcal/kg DM) and three levels of undegradable intake protein (30, 40 and 50٪ of crude protein), on a 3×2 factorial growth trial. 36 weaned lambs with live weight of 34,1 ± 1,84 kg were used. Data indicated that growth quality; there was no significant relationship to affect of two levels of dietary energy. But level of dietary undegradable intake protein could affected in final body weight, nutritional efficiency, percentage of lean meat, percentage of subcutaneous fat and total of carcass fat (P 0,05). So that the care that received 40 percent undegradable intake protein of crude protein and 2,2 Mcal/kg DM, the levels of subcutaneous fat, marbling, carcass fat, fat, lean meat, nutritional efficiency and final body weight were 1105,1 ± 32,10,490,8 ± 28,08,4201,9 ± 25,32,2245,3 ± 21,57,5629,6 ± 31,46,9,48,48,1 ± 1,63 respectively; and against in witness care that received 30 percent undegradable intake protein of crude protein and 2,2 Mcal/kg DM, this levels were 1105,1 ± 32,10,490,8 ± 28,08,4201,9 ± 25,32,2245,3 ± 21,57,5629,6 ± 31,46,9,48,48,1 ± 1,63 respectively, that there was significant relationship. So data indicated that used of undegradable intake protein in limit 40 percent of crude protein, cause decreasing of carcass fat, resulting to increasing the lean meat.
