using of nectar of forest trees and farms of canola in winter feeding of honey bee colonies in Golestan Province

This experiment was done for providence in winter Feeding and cost decrease of honey bees colony feeds in Golestan province in two location forestery and canola field in during of over wintering of honey bees colonies on 50 honey bees colony (local aggregate and crowded and with same old of sister queens) in block randomized deign with 5 treatment in 10 replicate. the treatment such as: 1- control treatment (A) with 15 kg winter feeds stored without translocation to forest and canola fields 2- second treatment (B) such 15kg winter feeds stored 3- thired treatment (C) such 10 kg winter feeds stored 4- fourth treatment (D) such 5 kg winter feeds stored and 5-fifth treatment (E) such without manual feeding. The second and fifth treatments accessed to forest and canola fields. By passing the flowering period of forest trees all of colonies for canola flowering treatments For canola culture safe location about environmental condition and in canola flowering period all of colonies exception of control treatment of canola culture location by passing the forest flowering season monitored and investigated all measured and noted of biological characters or like character. The results of experiments showed amount of colonies feeding stored located in forest and in respect of consuming of feeding store in during overwintering did not show any decrease, but feeding stored in control treatment in during time showed decrease and difference of them by other treatments in statical view was significant (p0.05). The results of two years monitoring showed in middle of (ORDIBEHSHT) in different treatments and by treatment colonies in around of forest and canola (second ,third and fourth treatments )in population, feeding stored and gathering the flower pollen, resistance and tolerance and death of colonies was better than control treatment (first treatment )and there was significant difference between treatments (p0.050).According to the results of investigation of two year in spring season ,showed better results in the fourth treatment by amount of 5 kg feeding stored in population growth, the amount of flower pollen gathering ,resistance and tolerance and the winter death and introduced for suitable treatment for applying in Golestan province condition.
